1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the win39 website, accessible at win39.bar and all related services ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and win39 ("Company", "we", "us").

Win39 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) including a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the win39 platform. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being terminated and any remaining balance forfeited to win39 without prior notice.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the win39 support team.
• Win39 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the win39 support team immediately through the available channels.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Win39 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted payment methods include FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay, and other local payment methods displayed on the platform's cashier page.

Deposit:

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is approved by the payment processor.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the cashier page and may vary according to your membership tier.
• Win39 does not deduct any processing fees on your deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals are processed within one hour of request approval, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member name as used at win39.
• Win39 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals that are deemed unusual in amount or frequency.
• Withdrawals will be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met or if there is an active investigation on your account.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Win39 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotional terms and the following general rules:

• Each bonus has its own requirements rollover (wagering) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds or winnings derived from them.
• Bonuses are eligible for one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only. Bonus abuse via multiple accounts or false information will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

6 Game Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) that is certified and independently audited by a recognised third-party body, ensuring every spin or round is fair and cannot be manipulated.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, win39 will endeavour to restore the game status from server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Any attempt to hack, exploit game bugs, use automated software (bots), or employ any other unfair means is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7 User Conduct

All win39 members are required to conduct themselves courteously and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with recommended security measures.

11 Account Termination

Win39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Conduct that violates the win39 community policy.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting the win39 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

12 Terms Amendment
